Synthesizing a compound lithium rubidium barium aluminum boron oxygen fluorine by adopting a solid phase reaction method; the lithium rubidium barium aluminum boron oxygen fluorine nonlinear optical crystal grows by adopting a high-temperature liquid-melting method, and the powder frequency doubling effect of the crystal is about KDP (KH) 2 PO 4 ) 1.5 times of that of the ultraviolet light, and the ultraviolet cut-off edge is about 190 nm; the rubidium barium aluminum boron oxygen fluorine nonlinear optical crystal has high mechanical hardness, is easy to cut, polish, process and store, and is widely applied to the preparation of nonlinear optical devices such as a frequency doubling generator, an upper frequency converter, a lower frequency converter or an optical parametric oscillator.
