abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of 1,1-vinylidene fluoride (vinylidene fluoride, VDF). Under the action of catalyst, 1,1-difluoro-1-chloroethane (HCFC-142b) is dehydrochlorinated in gas phase to generate 1,1-difluoroethylene. The catalyst is composed of a main catalyst and a co-catalyst, the main catalyst is a nitrogen-containing carbon material, and the co-catalyst is a transition metal, an alkaline earth metal and a lanthanide series metal chloride. The method for preparing 1,1-ethylene difluoride provided by the invention has the characteristics of low reaction temperature, high product selectivity, high yield, not easy to block pipelines, mild preparation process conditions, simple operation and the like. |
