titleOfInvention | Method for separating phenolic compounds in phenol-containing wastewater |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for separating phenolic compounds in phenol-containing wastewater, which sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating wastewater; (2) and (3) extraction: the volume ratio of butyl butyrate to citronellol is 10-9: mixing the composite extracting agent of 1 with the phenolic wastewater treated in the step (1) according to the volume ratio of 1: 1-4, stirring at the temperature of 10-50 ℃ for 1-2 h, and standing for 1-2 h to obtain an extract phase and a raffinate phase; (3) separation: separating the solution after standing in the step (2) into a lower raffinate phase and an upper extract phase; (4) recovering the extractant: carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the extract phase in the step (3) to obtain a dephenolization extracting agent and a coarse powder product, wherein the dephenolization extracting agent is circularly used for extracting the high-concentration phenol-containing wastewater; (5) and (5) post-treatment. The method can prepare the phenolic compound with the purity of 99 percent, and the adopted extractant is environment-friendly, has extremely low residual amount in water, and ensures that the wastewater reaches the standard and is discharged and recycled. |
