abstract | The invention discloses a process for deeply treating organic wastewater by using a multi-element micro-electrolysis filler, which comprises the following steps: (1) leading the organic wastewater to enter a regulating tank through the effluent of a secondary sedimentation tank to regulate the pH value to be acidic; (2) after the acidity is adjusted, the organic wastewater enters a micro-electrolysis reactor, organic matters in the organic wastewater are subjected to oxidative degradation by using sand-shaped multi-element alloy framework filler, and suspended matters are filtered; (3) the effluent of the treated wastewater enters a flocculation tank, and a strong alkaline solution is added into the flocculation tank to generate a synergistic flocculation effect; (4) and (4) allowing the wastewater treated in the flocculation tank to enter an inclined tube sedimentation tank, and removing the precipitated wastewater to finish the advanced treatment of the organic wastewater. The process adopts the sand-shaped multi-element micro-electrolysis filler with an alloy framework as the micro-electrolysis filler, uses the quicksand filtration as the micro-electrolysis reactor for the deep treatment of the organic wastewater difficult to degrade, can effectively and deeply treat the organic wastewater, ensures that the effluent quality is excellent, and has simple process, low cost and no pollution to the environment. |
