titleOfInvention | Magnetic composite microsphere and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a magnetic composite microsphere and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of chemical material preparation; the invention firstly synthesizes Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 -MPS; mixing, adding acetonitrile, performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding isopropyl acrylamide, glycidyl methacrylate, N, N' -methylene bisacrylamide and azodiisobutyronitrile, mixing, and performing oil bath heating; distilling to obtain part of acetonitrile, and stopping reaction; separating the obtained product with magnet, and repeatedly washing with ethanol and water; then putting the mixture into a vacuum drying oven for drying to obtain a product; and the immobilized cellulase is used for immobilizing cellulase; the magnetic composite microsphere synthesized by the invention has super paramagnetic performance, and the fixation of the cellulase can improve the enzyme activity recovery capability and thermal stability of the cellulase, thereby realizing thermal protection of the cellulase. |
