The invention also discloses a preparation method of the compound and application of the compound in preparing a medicament for resisting rheumatoid arthritis. The invention discovers the activity of the cadinane sesquiterpene compound in the inhibition of the proliferation of rheumatoid arthritis synovial cells for the first time, and the cadinane sesquiterpene compound can be used for preparing the anti-rheumatoid arthritis medicine.
