titleOfInvention | Preparation method of bio-based water-based UV-curable environment-friendly nail polish |
abstract | A preparation method of bio-based aqueous UV-cured environment-friendly nail polish comprises the following steps of weighing 30-50% of bio-based aqueous UV-cured environment-friendly nail polish resin, 5-10% of deionized water, 40-60% of pigment, 0.1-0.5% of wetting dispersant, 0.1-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.2-0.5% of defoaming agent and 1.0-2.0% of thickening agent by mass percent; adding pigment, wetting dispersant, flatting agent, defoaming agent and deionized water into a ball mill for grinding to obtain color paste a; adding the bio-based aqueous UV-curable environment-friendly nail polish resin into the color paste a, stirring at a high speed, adding a thickening agent, and filtering by using a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the bio-based aqueous UV-curable environment-friendly nail polish. The nail polish prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high curing speed, good transparency, storage stability, high glossiness, good adhesive force and the like, and the method is green, environment-friendly, non-toxic and odorless and reduces the product cost. |
