abstract The invention discloses a photo-curing biological anti-caries tooth repair material and a preparation method thereof, and the photo-curing biological anti-caries tooth repair material comprises the following steps: acidifying an ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 10-30% by using acetic acid, and adjusting the pH of the solution to 3-5 to obtain a solution A; 2, adding a surface modifier KH-570 with the total mass of 1-2.5 percent into the solution A, namely gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, to obtain a solution B; 3, adding hydroxyapatite into the solution B, performing ultrasonic reaction for 1 to 4 hours, then reacting for 0.5 to 2 hours at the temperature of between 50 and 80 ℃, stirring simultaneously, washing and drying the precipitate, and then grinding to obtain a solid phase C; preparing Bis-GMA with different proportions, namely resin bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate and TEGDMA, namely triethylene glycol dimethacrylate organic monomer, and dissolving in an acetone solution to obtain a solution D; 5, adding camphorquinone and DMAEMA into the solution D to obtain a solution E; and 6, adding the solid phase C into the solution E, uniformly stirring, and carrying out ultraviolet curing to obtain a target product.
