titleOfInvention | Method for separating and culturing buffalo mammary epithelial cells from buffalo milk |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a method for separating and culturing buffalo mammary epithelial cells from buffalo milk, which mainly comprises the steps of (1) collecting buffalo milk, (2) separating the buffalo milk and (3) culturing and purifying the buffalo mammary epithelial cells, wherein the buffalo mammary epithelial cells are separated from the buffalo milk by adopting a reasonable culture solution and reasonable operation, and the buffalo mammary epithelial cells are conveniently obtained and are separated efficiently by reasonably preparing the culture solution, so that the cell damage is reduced; meanwhile, non-essential amino acid and antioxidant are added into the culture medium, the non-essential amino acid can promote the proliferation of the mammary epithelial cells of the water cows, and the antioxidant can improve the antioxidant activity of the mammary epithelial cells and enhance the antioxidant capacity of the cells, so that the growth of the cells is promoted, and the cell activity is improved. |
