titleOfInvention | A kind of water-based ink resin binder and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a water-based ink resin binder, comprising the following monomers: the mass fraction of methyl methacrylate is 10% to 60%; the mass fraction of butyl acrylate is 0% to 40%; the mass fraction is 0% to 60%. 40% of isooctyl acrylate; 1% to 15% of urethane acrylate in mass fraction; 0% to 40% of methacrylic acid in mass fraction and 20% to 50% of acrylic acid in mass fraction; Methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, urethane acrylate, methacrylic acid and acrylic acid are polymerized to form the water-based ink resin binder. The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based ink resin binder. The present invention adopts the monomer polymerization method, and gives the binder different properties by adding monomers with different properties. A completely water-soluble, high-adhesion, fast-drying water-based ink resin binder with low VOC is obtained on plastic substrates. |
