The nucleotide sequence of the specific primer is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1 and SEQ ID NO. 2; the kit comprises the primer, Prime Script 1step enzyme mixture, 2X 1step buffer and nuclease-free water. The invention also discloses a method for detecting the swine atypical pestivirus by using the specific primer or the kit. The primer has high specificity and sensitivity, and can detect and identify the atypical pestivirus of the swine in various clinical samples, thereby quickly and timely taking prevention and treatment measures and reducing economic loss. |
