abstract |
The present invention relates to a light emitting diode package including phosphor. The light emitting diode package according to the present invention comprises: a casing; a light emitting diode chip configured on the casing; a wavelength converting part configured on the light emitting diode chip; a first phosphor distributed in the wavelength converting part and emitting light with blue-green ) the light with the peak wavelength of the light band; and the second phosphor, distributed in the wavelength conversion part, emits light with the peak wavelength of the red light band, wherein the peak wavelength of the light emitted by the light-emitting diode chip is within the range of 415 to 430nm . |
