The present invention relates to a method for preparing high-purity pancreatic progenitor cells by inducing differentiation of pancreatic progenitor cells from multifunctional stem cells such as ES cells and iPS cells, and culturing and proliferating them. Specifically, it relates to a method for proliferating pancreatic progenitor cells, which includes the step of culturing the pancreatic progenitor cells in a medium containing (i) EGF signaling activator and/or FGF signaling activator, and (ii) ROCK inhibitor. |
