Conventionally, spinel has been used for gemstones, catalyst carriers, adsorbents, photocatalysts, optical materials, heat-resistant insulating materials, and the like, but the use as an inorganic filler having thermal conductivity has not been envisaged. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide spinel particles excellent in thermal conductivity. A spinel particle comprising spinel and molybdenum, wherein the spinel contains magnesium atoms, aluminum atoms and oxygen atoms, the molybdenum is disposed on the surface and/or inside of the spinel, and the spinel is The crystallite diameter of the [311] plane is 100 nm or more. |
