Conventionally, spinel is suitable for gemstones, catalyst supports, adsorbents, photocatalysts, optical materials, heat-resistant insulating materials, etc., but its use as an inorganic filler having thermal conductivity has not been conceived. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide spinel particles excellent in thermal conductivity.
