abstract | Although latest generation video encoding standard HEVC compares the code rate for H.264/AVC reducing half, HEVC still has the possibility of further compression bit rate, proposes a kind of algorithm of staggeredly prediction drop code rate herein for HEVC intraframe coding.The main thought that this paper algorithm is realized is in the partition process of HEVC intra prediction CU, to predict a quarter sampled point of CU, transformation, and quantization and reconstruction use the point of reconstruction to predict as with reference to sampling point other 3/4ths point.Due to reducing Prediction distance, the accuracy rate of prediction is improved, to reduce residual error, reduces code rate.Experimental result shows that algorithm proposed in this paper averagely improves 26.97% code efficiency compared with the HEVC of standard, in low bit- rate section, and increases only for 10.17% scramble time. |
