titleOfInvention Meretrix dopa decarboxylase gene, and coding protein and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of molecular biology and bioengineering, in particular to a dopa decarboxylase gene of clams, and a coding protein and application thereof. The dopa decarboxylase cDNA full-length sequence is cloned from the clam and the protein is expressed by prokaryotic recombination, the dopa decarboxylase gene cDNA full-length has the nucleotide sequence shown in the sequence SEQ ID NO.1, the encoded protein has the amino acid sequence shown in the sequence SEQ ID NO.2, the obtained recombinant dopa decarboxylase has higher enzyme activity, has the possibility of large-scale production, and can make up the limitation that the natural protein amount is low so as to be difficult to meet the requirement. In view of the important role of dopa decarboxylase in the fields of medicine, shellfish immunity and the like, the dopa decarboxylase gene of the clam and the coding protein thereof have application prospects in other related fields of medicine and the like, and can be used as an alternative novel immunopotentiator for aquaculture shellfish.
