The above gene encodes a secretory carrier membrane protein, OsSCAMP13 the gene is dehydrated, PEG, high salt, low temperature, high temperature, H 2 O 2 The induced expression of ABA, GA and KT can improve the resistance of rice to osmotic stress, high salt stress and drought stress in the seedling stage, produce obvious response to the adverse circumstances, and can be applied to the stress-resistant breeding of plants and improve the stress resistance of the plants.
