abstract | The invention discloses a method for separating primary dendritic cells of an intestinal lamina propria of a mouse. Comprises cutting the intestinal canal into 10-12cm segments, eluting impurities and mucus on the surface of the intestinal canal, eluting the intestinal epithelial cell layer with digestive juice B containing EDTA and EGTA, and digesting with digestive juice C containing Liberase TL and DNase I; and finally, sorting by using a flow cytometer to obtain the primary dendritic cells of the intestinal lamina propria of the mice. The primary dendritic cells separated by the method have higher purity and complete phenotypic characteristics. |
