The emulsification coefficient of the strain anaerobic fermentation liquid to crude oil is more than 56%, the diameter of an oil discharge ring is more than 15mm, and the recovery ratio of the crude oil improved by the strain AnPL-1 in situ production of lipopeptide surfactants in physical simulation cores reaches 9.9%. The strain has important popularization and application values in the fields of microbial oil recovery and environmental pollution remediation.
