The strain AnPL-1 disclosed by the invention is facultative anaerobe, the temperature range for efficiently producing lipopeptide under the anaerobic condition is 30-40 ℃, the pH value range is 6.0-7.5, and the tolerance range of NaCl is 0-5%. The emulsification coefficient of the strain anaerobic fermentation liquid to crude oil is more than 56%, the diameter of an oil discharge ring is more than 15mm, and the recovery ratio of the crude oil improved by the strain AnPL-1 in situ production of lipopeptide surfactants in physical simulation cores reaches 9.9%. The strain has important popularization and application values in the fields of microbial oil recovery and environmental pollution remediation. |
