titleOfInvention Method for cultivating chlorella phytoplankton by using cyanobacterial bloom as raw material
abstract The invention discloses a method for cultivating chlorella phytoplankton by utilizing cyanobacteria bloom, which comprises the steps of obtaining the cyanobacteria bloom from a cyanobacteria bloom water body, properly concentrating the cyanobacteria bloom, aerating, decaying and degrading the concentrated cyanobacteria bloom slurry at 18-45 ℃, degrading for 25-40 days until the water body smells and the water color presents black brown or tan, then adding tap water to dilute until the total phosphorus concentration is 5.0-15.9 mg/L, adding a mineral mixture of calcium salt, magnesium salt, ferric salt and potassium salt, and culturing for several days to form high-concentration and high-purity chlorella. The method can convert the cyanobacterial bloom into the phytoplankton of the genus chlorella, can promote the harmless treatment and utilization of the cyanobacterial bloom, can accelerate the conversion of nutrients in the water body, can be directly used for treating the cyanobacterial bloom, is simple and convenient to implement, and provides a good way for the resource utilization of the cyanobacterial bloom.
