The invention also discloses a method for separating and preparing astaxanthin monoester and astaxanthin diester standard products from Antarctic krill oil, and a method for detecting astaxanthin and its ester in Antarctic krill oil. The extraction process steps of the Antarctic krill oil and fat of the invention are simple, and it is easy to realize industrialized production, and the extraction efficiency of astaxanthin and its ester can be exerted to a greater extent in the industrialized production. |
