abstract | The invention relates to an odorless low TVOC (transient voltage over thermal) polyurethane sealant for automotive interiors and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polyurethane sealant comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-40% of polyurethane prepolymer, 15-40% of environment-friendly plasticizer, 5-25% of carbon black, 25-60% of white reinforcing filler, 0.2-2% of curing accelerator, 0.2-2% of dewatering stabilizer, 0.2-2% of deodorant, 0-2% of adhesion promoter, 0-30% of thixotropic agent, 0-2% of light stabilizer and 0-2% of antioxidant. Compared with the traditional polyurethane sealant, the polyurethane sealant provided by the invention can not emit smell when used in a long-term closed high-temperature (80 ℃) environment, has the smell evaluation grade of 1 grade, has the advantages of no smell, low TVOC (total volatile organic compound) and no pollution to human bodies and environment, meets the requirement of an evaluation guideline for the quality of air in a passenger car, and is suitable for sealing and filling the interior trimming parts of the car. |
