titleOfInvention | High-viscosity offset printing online cold-stamping adhesive |
abstract | The adhesive for the high-viscosity offset printing online cold wave comprises the following materials in percentage by mass: 30-90 parts of rosin modified phenolic resin, 10-70 parts of soybean oil, 0.5-3 parts of defoaming agent and 0.5-3 parts of flatting agent; 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent; 0.5-5 parts of spherical fumed silica powder with the particle size of 10 nm; the preparation process is heating and melting for 60-300 minutes at the temperature of 200-250 ℃ under the protection of flowing nitrogen; the performance of the adhesive is that the adhesive has proper viscosity, fluidity, viscoelasticity, emulsification rate and drying rate which meet the requirements of offset printing ink of an offset printing machine on the premise of ensuring that the viscosity is between 15 and 35; the online cold-stamping of the patterns and texts on the common copper plate paper, the white cardboard, the ZnS medium paper or the laser holographic optical stick paper is realized in the offset printing process, the hot-stamped patterns and texts have good layering, and the size and the number of microcracks are reduced. |
