abstract | An antibacterial PA66/ABS composite material, which is mainly prepared by blending and melting the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of polyhexamethylene adipamide; 10-30 parts of processing activator; acrylonitrile- 30-50 parts of butadiene-styrene; 5-10 parts of compatibilizer; 5-20 parts of toughening agent; 0.1-0.3 parts of diffusion oil; 0.6-1.5 parts of antibacterial agent and 0.2-2 parts of auxiliary. The preparation is to fully mix the weighed polyhexamethylene adipamide, processing activator, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, compatibilizer and diffusion oil in a high-speed mixer, and then add antibacterial agent and auxiliary agent. Finally, the toughening agent is added and fully mixed to obtain a premix; the premix is melted and extruded through a twin-screw extruder, and the antibacterial PA66/ABS composite material is obtained by pulling, cooling and pelletizing. The product of the invention has the advantages of easy processing, high antibacterial properties, excellent mechanical properties and the like. |
