Experiments prove that: the gene is over-expressed in arabidopsis thaliana, so that the tolerance of arabidopsis thaliana to alkali stress in the germination period and the seedling period can be enhanced, and the GsERF71 protein can lay a foundation for the research of culturing transgenic plants with alkali resistance. |
