titleOfInvention Gene expression product BLSJ-1 with brucella diagnosis and identification functions and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a gene expression product BLSJ-1 with brucella diagnosis and identification functions and a preparation method thereof. The product is obtained by prokaryotic expression of a Brucella S2 strain gene with the gene number (GI) of 489054867 and purification through a Glutathione S Transferase (GST) affinity chromatographic column and a glutathione gradient elution method. The product is used as a coating antigen and can be used as a diagnostic antigen for distinguishing animal brucella vaccine immunity and natural infection serum detection. The antigen is respectively carried out immunoblotting (Western-blot) with vaccine immune antibody and natural infection antibody, and the difference is obvious. The BLSJ-1 antigen is used as an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) envelope antigen to detect hundreds of clinical serum samples with the disease, and the differential diagnosis effect is obvious.
