The invention provides an aromatic amine derivative, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials. By introducing an electron-withdrawing group and connecting it with a nitrogen-substituted carbazole group, on the one hand, the conjugated system is enlarged, and on the other hand, the charge is more dispersed, which improves the stability of the material. The introduction of phenyl, biphenyl, and naphthyl groups can not only increase the molecular weight of the compound, thereby increasing the glass transition temperature and presenting the advantage of not being easy to crystallize, but also can reduce the planarity of the molecule, making it easier to form a film. The compound can be used to prepare organic electroluminescent devices, especially as a hole transport material in organic electroluminescent devices, and has the advantages of high efficiency and long life. The invention also provides a preparation method of aromatic amine derivatives, the preparation method is simple and the raw materials are readily available. |
