titleOfInvention A kind of chiral sulfinamide ligand and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention relates to a chiral sulfinamide ligand, a preparation method and application thereof. The ligand of the present invention will be further applied in the asymmetric allylation reaction catalyzed by metal palladium. In dry tetrahydrofuran, the reaction temperature is controlled at 25°C to 50°C, and salicylic acid or its analogs are used as raw materials to react with carbonyldiimidazole to prepare the active ester. In dry tetrahydrofuran, chiral tert-butyl sulfinamide reacts with potassium hydride at room temperature, then adds active ester of salicylic acid or its analogs, and continues the reaction to obtain chiral sulfinamide ligand. Compared with the prior art, the steps of the preparation method are simple and efficient, and the ligand structure skeleton is independent and original. Further, the novel chiral sulfinamide ligand is applied in the asymmetric allylation reaction catalyzed by metal palladium, and a good catalytic effect can be obtained under optimized conditions.
