The invention discloses a preparation method of a molecular sieve-multiple oxide composite integral extruded denitration catalyst, and belongs to the technical fields of air pollution control technology and environmental protection catalytic material. In the present invention, an organic structural coating is constructed on the surface of the metal ion-exchange molecular sieve, and multi-component oxide components are simultaneously added to prepare the active components of the ion-exchange molecular sieve-multi-component oxide composite denitration catalyst. The integral extrusion type denitration catalyst is prepared after integral extrusion molding, drying and roasting. In the presence of 10% water vapor and 500ppm of sulfur dioxide, the obtained catalyst has a denitration efficiency greater than 80% in the temperature range of 250-420°C. The invention expands the application field of the metal-supported molecular sieve denitration catalyst, so that it can be widely used in the denitration of fixed source flue gas. |
