titleOfInvention Application of trans-2-dodecenol as cyrtorhinus lividii attractant
abstract The invention relates to application of trans-2-dodecahydric alcohol as a lygus adonis attractant, wherein the trans-2-dodecahydric alcohol is prepared into a mother solution by using absolute ethyl alcohol, paraffin oil or normal hexane is dissolved to be used as the lygus adonis attractant, and the concentration of the dissolved paraffin oil or normal hexane is 10 ppm-1000 ppm and is applied to fields. When the concentration is 50ppm, the attraction rate to male insects reaches 51.72%, and the attraction rate to female insects reaches 44.83%; when the concentration is 50ppm, the attraction rate to the lygus lucorum reaches 31.51 percent. And (3) performing a net room test, wherein the attraction rate of the cyrtorhinus lividipennis to the cyrtorhinus lividipennis reaches 55.64% when the concentration is 500 ppm. According to a field test, when the concentration is 1000ppm, the attraction rate of the stinkbug to the stinkbug reaches 41.98%, and the attraction rate of the stinkbug to the adult stinkbug reaches 26.71%. The method determines that the trans-2-dodecanol can be applied to the field to attract the black apolygus lucorum, enhances the regulation and control of natural enemies and controls the population density of the pests of rice; the behavior of each pest state can also be regulated indoors.
