titleOfInvention | Real-time fluorescence PCR detection kit and detection method for H10N7 avian influenza virus |
abstract | The invention discloses a real-time fluorescence PCR detection kit and a detection method for H10N7 avian influenza virus. PCR primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes are respectively designed in the kit, wherein the primers comprise primers 1 to 4 which respectively have base sequences of SEQ ID No.1 and 2 and SEQ ID No.4 and 5 of a sequence table; the probe set comprises a probe A and a probe B which have base sequences of SEQ ID No.3 and SEQ ID No.6 of the sequence list respectively. The detection method comprises the following steps: sample treatment, RNA nucleic acid extraction, RT-PCR amplification reaction and fluorescent signal detection, and PCR and TaqMan fluorescent probe technology is adopted to carry out gene amplification and detection on a specific nucleic acid sequence of a sample H10N7 of a suspected human infected with H10N7 avian influenza so as to judge the infection condition of H10N 7. The invention fully utilizes the high amplification performance and good specificity of the PCR technology and the quick sensitivity of the fluorescence detection technology, and can judge whether the avian influenza virus is infected by the H10N7 according to the amplification curve when the reaction is finished. |
