abstract | The invention relates to an alginate-embedded hydrogel microsphere carrier containing galactose-based chitosan molecules inside and a preparation method thereof. Galactose groups are grafted to chitosan molecules through amidation reaction, and hepatocytes are cultured in microcapsules formed by chitosan and alginic acid together. Experiments prove that the microcapsules prepared by the galactosyl grafted chitosan and the alginic acid are used for culturing primary rat hepatocytes, so that the activity and the function of the hepatocytes are well maintained. |
