abstract | The invention discloses a salicylate detergent, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of a) mixing acid and a solid adsorbent in a reactor to prepare a solid acid catalyst, then directly adding salicylate and α -olefin in the same reactor to react to generate an alkyl salicylate mixture, b) performing alkaline hydrolysis and acidification on the alkyl salicylate mixture to generate alkyl salicylic acid, c) performing neutralization reaction on the alkyl salicylic acid and an alkaline compound to generate alkyl salicylate, and then introducing carbon dioxide to perform overbasing to obtain the salicylate detergent. |
