titleOfInvention | Dearomatization method of heptane solvent oil |
abstract | The invention relates to a dearomatization method of heptane solvent oil. The method comprises steps as follows: the heptane solvent oil and a dearomatization agent are mixed and fed to a reaction kettle, an acid catalyst is added to the reaction kettle, aromatics in the heptane solvent oil are enabled to react with the dearomatization agent, and alkyl aromatics with a higher boiling point are produced, wherein the reaction temperature is 140-220 DEG C and the reaction pressure is 0.5-2.5 MPa; a mixture obtained after the reaction is further cut and fractionated, fractions at the temperature of 95-105 DEG C are collected, and the dearomatized heptane solvent oil is obtained. With the adoption of the method, effective dearomatization of the heptane solvent oil is realized, the process is simple, and aromatic removal rate is higher. |
