The invention relates to a PLA/PCL composite material for 3D printing thoracoabdominal fixing bands and a preparation method therefor. The composite material is prepared with the following components and raw materials in percentage by mass: 50 to 70 parts of polylactic acid (PLA), 25 to 45 parts of polycaprolactone (PCL), 1 to 5 parts of crosslinking agent, 2 to 10 parts of inorganic filler, and 0.5 to 1 part of stabilizing agent. The raw materials are mixed by a high speed mixer, then extruded and wiredrawn by a double-screw extruder. Compared to the existing technologies, the composite material prepared by the method has good flexibility. Meanwhile, the impact strength, the heat resistance and the elongation rate at break of the material are significantly increased. The composite material can meet the performance requirements of thoracoabdominal fixing bands. The 3D print of thoracoabdominal fixing bands is smooth by applying the composite material. The finished product has the advantages of bright and clean surface, beautiful and symmetrical appearance, and fixed size. |
