abstract The invention discloses a class of derivatives containing a metronidazole-pyrazole skeleton, a preparation method and application thereof. The structure of the derivatives synthesized from metronidazole is shown in the formula: Wherein, R 1 is selected from: -H, 2-CH 3 , 3-CH 3 , 4-CH 3 , 4-OCH 3 , 2-F, 3-F, 4-F, 4-Cl, 4-I; R 2 is selected from: -H, 4-CH 3 , 4-Cl. The present invention is to two strains of Galanz-positive bacteria: Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538) and two strains of Galanz-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli (Escherichia coliATCC 35218), Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( PseudomonasaeruginosaATCC 13525) has a good inhibitory effect, especially on Galanz-negative bacteria. Therefore, the derivatives containing metronidazole and pyrazole skeletons of the present invention can be applied to the preparation of antibacterial drugs.
