titleOfInvention | Low-density amorphous carrier particles, method for the production thereof and use thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a low-density amorphous carrier particle and a preparation method and application thereof. The amorphous carrier particles are prepared from micromolecular sugar alcohol, hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and a solvent by a spray drying method, wherein the micromolecular sugar alcohol is at least one selected from trehalose, raffinose, erythritol, xylitol, sorbitol and lactose; the mass ratio of the micromolecule sugar alcohol to the hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is 90:10-10: 90. The amorphous carrier particles have the characteristics of low density, stable amorphous state, high physical and chemical stability, good fluidity and insensitivity to humidity, can effectively improve the atomization and transmission performance of the dry powder inhalant when being used as a carrier of the dry powder inhalant, can effectively improve the effective drug deposition rate of the dry powder inhalant, can greatly improve the bioavailability and the curative effect of the drug in the lung, and can simultaneously reduce the requirement of the dry powder inhalant on the storage environment. |
