The invention relates to the field of stimuli-responsive carriers, and provides azobenzene derivative containing lipidosome as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The mole ratio of an azobenzene derivative and phospholipid to cholesterol in the azobenzene derivative containing lipidosome is (1-2):(1-2):(1-2). The azobenzene derivative containing lipidosome provided by the invention can respond to ultraviolet light; and when a medicine is wrapped by the azobenzene derivative containing lipidosome, controlled-release of the medicine inside the azobenzene derivative containing lipidosome can be achieved through radiation of the ultraviolet light, so that the side effect of the medicine can be alleviated, and the treatment effect can be improved. The azobenzene derivative containing lipidosome provided by the invention is simple in preparation method and high in efficiency. |
