abstract | The invention discloses a method for inspecting a commercially available oviductus ranae medicinal material based on a DNA bar code technology, which comprises the following steps: sampling on site; carrying out laboratory sampling on the sample sampled on site; obtaining a COI barcode sequence of a laboratory sample; comparing the obtained COI barcode sequence with a characteristic COI barcode sequence of the Chinese wood frog; and judging whether the species of the basic source is true or false according to the comparison result, namely whether the species of the basic source is consistent with the species loaded in the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 edition. The invention establishes a method for testing the commercial oviductus ranae medicinal materials based on the DNA bar code technology for the first time, and the method has good objectivity, stability and accuracy. |
