titleOfInvention | High-cold-resistance acrylate rubber material for automobiles, and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-cold-resistance acrylate rubber material for automobiles, and a preparation method and application thereof. The rubber material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-88 parts of acrylate rubber, 10-16 parts of natural resin, 2-4 parts of silicone rubber, 18-22 parts of carbon black, 1.5-1.9 parts of stearic acid, 1.1-1.5 parts of plasticizer TOTM (trioctyl trimellitate), 1.6-2.1 parts of octyl silane bonded silica gel, 14-17 parts of silicon oxide micropowder, 1.0-1.5 parts of anti-aging agent 445, 1.8-2.4 parts of anti-aging agent RDA, 6.5-7.3 parts of N,N'-di(cinnamylidene-1,6-hexamethylenediamine), 2.2-2.6 parts of accelerator BG and 0.7-1.0 part of accelerator ZDC. By compounding the natural resin, silicone rubber and acrylate rubber, the high-cold-resistance acrylate rubber material for automobiles satisfies the requirements of oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and aging resistance for oil return pipes for automobiles. |
