titleOfInvention | Oxalic acid bridged binuclear copper complex as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an oxalic acid bridged binuclear copper complex as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The chemical formula is [Cu2(bpma)2(C2O4)](ClO4)2.H2O, wherein in the formula, bpma is N-methyl-N,N-di(pyridylmethyl)amine. The oxalic acid bridged binuclear copper complex provided by the invention, the preparation method and the application have the advantages that the preparation steps are simple and short, a target product can be obtained under conditions of heating reflux and natural volatilization, the target product is good in water solubility, and a good beginning is provided for further property testing; as single electrons are transferred between two Cu (II) ions through oxalic acid in the complex, the complex can be used as a potential magnetic material; and in addition, the complex can be mutually acted with DNA in a partial insertion bonding mode, so that the complex can be used as a potential nucleic acid recognition reagent. |
