titleOfInvention Method for preparing peptide organic fertilizer from monosodium glutamate production leftovers
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing peptide organic fertilizer from monosodium glutamate production leftovers. The method comprises (1) putting rice slag in a pot with water, boiling the rice slag, then carrying out boiling for 20 minutes after boiling, taking out the rice slag, cooling the rice slag to the room temperature, and carrying out filtration and drying to obtain rice slag powder, (2) adding the rice slag powder obtained in the step (1) and an enzyme microorganism inoculant into a fermentation tank together, carrying out uniform stirring, adding brown sugar water and rice vinegar into the mixture, carrying out uniform stirring, covering the opening of the fermentation tank through three layers of gauze, bundling the gauze through a rope, putting the fermentation tank into a room and carrying out fermentation, (3) stirring the materials in the fermentation tank once every day from 5th day to 16th day of fermentation, then immediately recovering the fermentation tank after stirring, stopping fermentation after the materials in the fermentation tank form blocks and have no odor, opening the gauze and carrying out drying in the sun, and (4) transferring the dried fermented material into a container, soaking the fermented materials through brown sugar water for 20 days, then taking out the fermented materials, carrying out split charging to obtain the protein peptide fertilizer, and storing the protein peptide fertilizer in a shady, cool and dry place. The method can be simply operated, has a low preparation cost and has a wide application range.
