abstract | The invention provides a desugarized sea cucumber secondary saponin and a preparation method thereof, wherein the desugarized sea cucumber secondary saponin is a secondary saponin obtained by removing two glycosyl groups on sugar chains of sea cucumber saponin HA and sea cucumber saponin EA due to glycosidase enzymolysis; the preparation method of the secondary saponin comprises the following steps: ethanol extraction, macroporous resin crude extraction, purification by using a silica gel column to respectively obtain HA and EA, and finally enzymolysis by using glycosidase to respectively obtain the deglycated HA and EA secondary saponin. The glycosidase used in the invention can carry out enzymolysis on the holothurian saponin into secondary saponin under mild conditions, thereby reducing the toxicity of the holothurian saponin and improving the biological activity of the holothurian saponin; meanwhile, the holothurian saponin is subjected to enzymolysis by using glycosidase, so that side reactions and byproducts caused by microbial degradation or degradation by using crude enzyme extracted from microorganisms are avoided, the purity and the yield of enzymolysis products are improved, a single product can be obtained, and the purity can reach 100%. |
