abstract | The invention discloses an aqueous two-component fireproof paint containing a core-shell structure expansion flame-retardation system and a preparation method thereof. The paint is composed of a component A and a component B, the component A comprises the following raw materials by mass percentage: 32% of resin, 28% of the core-shell structure expansion flame-retardation system, 5% of a flame-retardation synergistic agent, 9% of pigments and fillers, 20% of water, 0.5% of an antifoaming agent, 1% of a mildew inhibitor, 2% of an antifreeze, 1.3% of a thixotropic anti-settling agent, 0.5% of a coupling agent, 0.4% of an anti-skinning agent, and 0.3% of a thickening agent; the component B comprises the following raw materials by mass percentage: 65% of OUDRACureTM WB8004 and 35% of water; and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the component A and the component B according to certain proportion, slaking a mixture, and repeatedly spraying the mixture on the surface of the steel plate through sand-blast treating until the required coating thickness is achieved. The selected resin has good film forming ability and thixotropy, the core-shell structure expansion flame-retardation system has high expansion multiplying power and good water proofness, and has good compatibility with the resin system; and the paint has high expanded multiplication rate and good fire resistance. |
