abstract | The invention discloses a fusion protein of anti-IL-4R single-chain antibody and snake venom L-amino acid oxidase, which is prepared by the following steps: connecting the anti-IL-4R single-chain antibody and the trimeresurus venulosus LAAO gene into a scFv-LAAO fusion gene by an overlap extension PCR technical method, constructing a recombinant plasmid pET28a-scFv-LAAO, transferring into BL21(DE3) prokaryotic expression bacteria, and performing induced expression on the scFv-LAAO fusion protein to obtain the recombinant scFv-LAAO fusion protein. The invention adopts an expression vector of a fusion gene of an anti-IL-4R single-chain antibody gene (scFv) and snake venom L-amino acid oxidase by adopting a molecular biology technology to perform in vitro expression, and recombines the fusion protein of the anti-IL-4R single-chain antibody and the snake venom L-amino acid oxidase, wherein the fusion protein of the anti-IL-4R single-chain antibody and the snake venom L-amino acid oxidase can be used for treating lung cancer, and has good curative effect and no side effect basically. |
