titleOfInvention | Polypeptide with immunogenicity and LTA epitope simulation function of staphylococcus aureus and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a polypeptide simulating LTA epitope of staphylococcus aureus with immunogenicity and application thereof, wherein the core amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is VHWDFRQWWQPS or GHWDFRQWWQPS. The polypeptide of the invention has better antigenicity and can be specifically combined with monoclonal antibody aiming at various gram-positive bacteria lipoteichoic acid. The polypeptide can be proved to be capable of well simulating the lipoteichoic acid conserved epitope. The polypeptide is used for synthesizing immunogen to immunize mice, can induce the mice to resist the systemic infection of staphylococcus aureus, and is expected to be developed into novel staphylococcus aureus vaccines and diagnostic reagents with protective effects. |
