abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing a specnuezhenide reference substance. Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (i) providing a specnuezhenide alcohol extract; (ii) mixing the specnuezhenide alcohol extract with a solvent to obtain a first mixture, and performing column separation on the first mixture by utilizing a medium-pressure preparation column to obtain a specnuezhenide crude product; (iii) recrystallizing the specnuezhenide crude product by using pure water; and (iv) separating and drying the crystal obtained in step (iii) to obtain the specnuezhenide control. The method has the advantages of stable process, convenient operation, high separation efficiency, low cost, economy, environmental protection and higher economic value and academic value. |
