titleOfInvention Method for one-pot synthesis of 2,4-dienyl substituted indole compounds
abstract The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 2,4-dienyl substituted indole compounds in one pot, comprising the following steps: preparing indole carboxylic acid, vinyl compounds, [Cp*RhCl 2 ] 2 (pentamethylcyclopentyl Diene rhodium chloride dimer), basic copper carbonate, potassium acetate and silver hexafluoroantimonate are added in the organic solvent, heated for reaction, after the reaction is complete, post-processing to obtain the 2,4-dienyl Substituted indole compounds. In the method, by adopting specific catalysts, bases and additives, C-H bond activation, alkenylation and decarboxylation reactions of indole carboxylic acid and ethylene compounds occur simultaneously, the operation conditions are simple, and the reaction yield is high.
