titleOfInvention Method for recovering veratraldehyde from veratraldehyde rectification residual liquid
abstract The invention discloses a method for recovering veratraldehyde from veratraldehyde rectification residual liquid, which solves the problems of waste treatment danger, waste of useful substances and the like in the prior art, and is characterized in that: taking veratraldehyde rectification residual liquid as a raw material, carrying out sulfonation reaction on a sulfonated electrophilic reagent which is made of sodium bisulfite and veratraldehyde to generate hydroxyl sulfonate, precipitating the hydroxyl sulfonate which is insoluble in saturated sodium bisulfite in the form of yellow crystals, separating the hydroxyl sulfonate from the saturated sodium bisulfite solution, adding a dilute alkali solution into a hydroxyl sulfonate system obtained by separation to adjust the pH value to 9.5-11.5, simultaneously adding an organic extraction solvent, keeping the temperature at 60-90 ℃ for 3-5 hours, carrying out static phase separation at 45-50 ℃, and allowing an oil phase to enter a desolventizing tower to recover the solvent to obtain the target product veratraldehyde. The method has the advantages of advanced process, simple operation, high aldehyde recovery rate, easy industrial treatment and the like, is beneficial to environmental protection, improves the added value of resources, and provides a brand new organic synthesis method for recovering useful aldehyde from the aldehyde rectifying still bottom liquid.
